If you receive a BAD REQUEST ERROR please see below:

  • Verify that you entered both a valid order id and a valid billing zip code.
  • Verify that you are entering your Shipping Zip Code not your Billing Zip Code.
  • If you provided 9 digit zip code on your order, example(55555-0001), you must entire all 9 digits above.
  • If it is a foreign postal code, please enter it without spaces! (VGA 9HF will be entered as VGA9HF)

A BAD REQUEST error means you are not entering the correct information.
